The Aging & Disability Resource Center offers a variety of low and no cost healthy living program, classes, and materials that are aimed at adults 60+, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. These evidence-based programs are designed to help individuals remain healthy and independent. They have been scientifically researched and proven to have positive results in preventing disease, preventing falls, and improving health. Find out for yourself why these workshops are so popular.
