These services are provided to individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services are offered in homes, police departments, hospitals, schools and other community locations.

What Happens When You Call Northwest Connections?

Northwest Connections will provide callers with a risk assessment, intervention and safety planning targeting an individual’s needs, apply the least restrictive treatment approach, and utilize the continuum of resources available within the community.

Mental Health Emergency Services include:

  • Coordination of out-of-home placements including psychiatric hospitalization, if necessary
  • Individual and family crisis assessment/interventions
  • Mobile on-site may respond to crisis situations to assess risk to self or others
  • Telephone crisis intervention
